How to Make the Carton Sample

Carton mainly made by corrugated, cardboard. and it is wildly used all over the the world. But for the sample making: people make sample by hand in the past. Though a cutting blade to cut the material then make the floding line by the back of the cutting blade. It is weast of time and labor,  can not ensure the precision and the effency is so slow.  So,I will teach you how to make carton sample by a carton cutter. 

Design the box 

Design box by a software such as aotocad, but there are some professional package design software, make it easy to design, you just need to choose the style you need and then change the size. 

Cut the material 

Import the design to the sample cutter, then run the it. It will make process like cut, crease  and cut what you design. 

Assemble the pattern 

Assemble the pattern, thow flod, sticky base the design, you will get the carton within one minitue.
